Funky Gatos

Funky Gatos is a New Mexico based Popmenco cover band. Everything from pop to rock and back again with a dash of flamenco and funk. Funky Gatos is Lead by Vocalist and band Manager, Leah Leyva. And is also led by her incredibly talented lead guitarist father, Moses Leyva. The gorgeous Flamenco dancer/ percussionist is none other than Moses’s daughter, and of course also Leah’s sister, Rebekah Leyva. Backed up by the one and only superstar Drummer, Gerry Green House. Along with the guy who holds it down with the funky bass lines, John Griffin. You can find Funky Gatos filling the airwaves with super funkadelic sounds all over Burque!
